1) Where we deliver

  • We currently ship across India to serviceable PIN codes.
  • International shipping is not available right now.

2) Processing time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3) Delivery timelines (estimated)

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Other cities/towns: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote/ODA locations: may take 7–10 business days.
    These are estimates; courier delays due to weather, strikes, festivals, or local restrictions are outside our control.

4) Shipping fees

  • The shipping fee (if any) is shown at checkout based on weight, destination PIN code, and any running offers.
  • From time to time we may run free shipping or reduced-rate promotions; see the banner on our website.

5) Tracking your order

  • You’ll receive a dispatch email (and/or SMS) with a tracking link once your order ships.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement after pickup.

6) Delivery attempts & undeliverable orders

  • Couriers typically make 1–2 delivery attempts. If unreachable or the address is incomplete, the parcel may be returned to origin (RTO).
  • If an order is RTO due to incorrect address/phone or repeated non-availability, we can reship after we receive it back; reshipping charges may apply.

7) Address changes & cancellations

  • You can update the address or cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.
  • If shipped and you need to cancel, please refuse delivery and contact us to start a return after it arrives back (our Return Policy applies).

8) Partial shipments

  • To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship in multiple parcels. Each parcel will have its own tracking.

9) Packaging & fragile items

  • We pack securely. Glass and fragile items get extra protection; please retain all packaging until you’re sure you’ll keep the item (needed for returns).

10) Damaged, defective, or wrong item on arrival

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail@tattvara.com with your Order ID and clear photos/video of the box, inner packing, product, and label.
  • After verification, we’ll arrange a free replacement. If the item is out of stock, we’ll process a full refund.
  • Tip: An unboxing video helps us resolve courier claims faster.

11) Lost or marked “delivered” but not received

  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, notify us within 48 hours.
  • We’ll raise a courier investigation (7–10 business days typical). Based on the result, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

12) Payment & COD

  • We currently accept prepaid payments. COD is not available.

13) Remote area surcharges & restrictions

  • Some PIN codes may have limited service, extra transit days, or special handling fees. If applicable, we’ll inform you before dispatch.

14) Force majeure

  • Delays caused by events beyond our control (extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, network outages, etc.) do not qualify for guaranteed timelines, but we’ll keep you updated.
