1) Easy 7-Day Window
You can request a return, refund, or replacement within 7 calendar days from delivery.
- Applies to physical products sold by Tattvara.
- After 7 days, requests aren’t accepted except where required by law.
2) Core Eligibility (All Materials)
Item must be:
- Unused and undamaged (no scratches, dents, chips, cracks, bends, stains, heat warping, or signs of installation/use).
- In original condition with all accessories/freebies/manuals and original packaging (inner trays, foam/bubble, outer box).
- Returned with invoice and any authenticity/care cards.
Not eligible: Items showing use/mishandling, missing parts/packaging, customized/engraved or “Final Sale” items (if marked), or requests after 7 days.
3) Material-Specific Checks
A) Brass (hand-finished items)
- Normal, not a defect: subtle color tone differences, hand-polish marks, natural patina/tarnish over time.
- Must return: without abrasives/polish residues or chemical stains.
- Care note: avoid harsh cleaners; wipe with soft dry cloth.
B) Glass (fragile)
- Normal, not a defect: minor mold lines, tiny air bubbles within craft tolerances, slight thickness variance.
- Must return: intact—no chips, cracks, or impact marks; use original foam/bubble wrap and double-box if instructed.
- Transit damage: report within 48 hours with photos/video (box, inner packing, product, label) for a free replacement; if OOS, full refund.
C) Plastic
- Normal, not a defect: light molding/flow lines not visible during normal use.
- Not eligible: heat warping, deformation, scratches from use/cleaning, chemical discoloration.
- Must return: scratch-free, unwarped, with all fittings.
D) Metal (e.g., steel/aluminium/alloy)
- Normal, not a defect: light brush lines from finishing, minor tool marks not visible in normal use.
- Not eligible: bends/dents, corrosion from moisture/chemicals/improper storage, finish wear from use.
- Must return: unbent, unscratched, no rust/oxidation spots caused post-delivery.
4) Damaged/Defective/Wrong on Arrival
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share Order ID and clear photos/video (outer box, inner packing, product close-ups, and shipping label).
- After verification, we’ll send a free replacement; if the item is out of stock, you get a full refund.
Tip: An unboxing video speeds up verification for fragile items (especially glass).
5) How to Start a Return/Replacement
- Email mail@tattvara.com or use the contact form with: Order ID, product name/qty, reason (refund or replacement), and photos/videos if damaged/defective.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup/self-ship instructions.
6) Pickup, Self-Ship & Costs
- Pickup arranged where available (up to 1 attempts).
- If pickup isn’t available, we’ll share a self-ship address—pack securely (original foam/bubble; fragile items may require double-boxing).
- Return shipping cost:
- Our fault (damaged/defective/wrong item) → We pay.
- Change-of-mind (item OK) → Customer pays.
7) Inspection & Outcomes
- Approval:
- Refund to the original payment method (or store credit/bank transfer if needed) within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Replacement ships after approval; if unavailable, we refund.
- Rejection: If failed checks (used/damaged/missing parts/packaging), we’ll notify you. You can request re-delivery of the same item (shipping charges apply).
8) Cancellations
- Before dispatch: full refund.
- After dispatch: refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery (Sections 5–7 apply).
9) Fair Use
We may limit service for accounts with repeated abnormal return patterns, misuse, or policy abuse.
