1) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing tattvara.com, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2) Eligibility

• Browsing is available to users 13+.
• To purchase, you must be 18+ or use the site under a parent/guardian’s supervision who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3) Accounts

• You may create an account with your email, phone number, and password. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You can delete your account anytime by contacting us (see Section 17).

4) Product Information

• We strive for accuracy in product titles, descriptions, images, dimensions, and colors. Minor variations may occur due to materials, screen settings, or manufacturing processes.
• If a product listing contains an obvious error (e.g., price/availability), we may correct it and either (a) cancel the order with a full refund, or (b) contact you for confirmation before processing.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Offers

• Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be shown at checkout.
• Coupons, promotions, and discounts are subject to terms stated on the offer. We may modify or withdraw offers at any time.

6) Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we: (a) confirm the order by email/onsite message, and (b) receive payment authorization.
• We may cancel or refuse an order (with a full refund where charged) for reasons including stock limits, payment issues, suspected fraud/abuse, or listing errors.

7) Payment

• You agree to use a valid payment method and authorize us (or the applicable payment channel) to charge the order total.
• We do not collect or store your full card/UPI credentials. Payment credentials are provided by you directly through the payment channel’s secure interface.

8) Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping methods, charges, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates; delays can occur due to carrier or local conditions. We’ll keep you updated where possible.

9) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Unless otherwise specified on the product page or a separate Return Policy:
  • Return window: 7 days from delivery for eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • Certain items (e.g., customized, used, damaged after delivery) may be non-returnable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Typical processing: 5–7 business days after approval (bank timelines may vary).
• For damaged/incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

If you need a different return window or rules, tell me and I’ll adjust Section 9.

10) User Reviews & Content

• You may submit ratings, reviews, questions, photos, or other content (“UGC”).
• You grant Tattvara a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your UGC on the site and in our marketing.
• You must own or have rights to your UGC, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or promotional spam. We may moderate or remove UGC at our discretion.

11) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws, infringe IP/privacy rights, or submit harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or overload the site.
• Misuse coupons/returns, create false accounts, or engage in fraud.
• Circumvent security features or interfere with other users.

12) Intellectual Property

• All site content (text, images, graphics, logos, UI, and compilations) is owned by or licensed to Tattvara and protected by applicable IP laws.
• You receive a limited, revocable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No copying, resale, or derivative works without our prior written consent.

13) Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Access at your own discretion.

14) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• We do not transfer personal data to third parties or outside India in the ordinary course of business.
• If there is a business transfer (merger/acquisition), your data may transfer to the successor entity; we may notify you.

15) Warranties & Disclaimer

• Products are provided as described on the site. To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

16) Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattvara shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill;
• Any amount exceeding the total paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
  Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• Account deletion: you can request deletion of your account/data (subject to legal retention obligations) via our contact form or email.

18) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account or the site (with or without notice) for breach of these Terms, fraud/abuse, or security reasons. You may stop using the site at any time.

19) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, failures of carriers, acts of government, network outages).

20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• We may first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; you can contact us using the details above.

21) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, products, or laws. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and may notify you if changes are material. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

22) Business Transfer

If Tattvara undergoes a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, rights and obligations under these Terms may be assigned to the successor entity. We may notify you by email, site banner, or notice on the website.
